Go with the Flow: Navigating Periods and Puberty

Join us for a candid and fun-filled class with Nurse Practitioner Amy Goodpaster, designed just for girls ages 9-13! Amy will keep it real, answering all your questions about periods and puberty in a way that makes sense. It’s time to ditch the awkwardness and embrace the journey with open conversation, laughter, and support.

This is not your average puberty talk! You’ll get tips, tricks, and real talk about what to expect as your body changes. Plus, every attendee will receive a fab goodie bag filled with fun aesthetic products, enjoy healthy snacks, and walk away feeling more confident and empowered.

Wintertime treats – January 18th – CANCELLED
Join us as we create some wintertime treats that will warm you up and put a smile on your face. We will have so much fun creating as we melt, bake, and decorate some edible art.

Valentine’s Day Decadence – February 15th
Who likes chocolate? Get ready to roll up your sleeves in this hands-on class. We will learn basic kitchen skills while we make delicious, nutritious holiday inspired treats that are tasty and FUN.

St. Patrick’s Day Surprise – March 15th
Get ready to cook up some holiday treats that even the pickiest leprechaun can’t resist. We will measure, mix, and bake a delicious treat inspired by St. Patrick’s Day.

Hop Into Easter – April 19th
Carrots are not just for rabbits, join us as we get creative in the kitchen. We will learn basic baking skills where we will shred, measure, and mix a carrot treat that will keep you coming back for more.

Spring Delights – May 17th
This class is a wonderful way to spark a love for healthy cooking as we learn how to create sweet and savory snacks that you will be excited to make at home. We will measure, chop, and blend up some outrageously delicious snacks.
