April 22, 2026 at 6:30pm-8:00pm – Cost: $30 / FREE for Stay Well Members
Eating well doesn’t have to mean shopping at expensive specialty stores or hunting down hard-to-find ingredients. In this class, we’ll show you how to prepare nourishing, anti-inflammatory meals using everyday ingredients from places like Costco, Aldi, and other local grocery stores. You’ll leave with practical shopping strategies, easy meal ideas, and the confidence that healthy eating is possible – no matter where you shop or what your budget looks like.
Taught by: Kristen Gayman of My Whole Kitchen
Meet Kristen Gayman: Kristen’s journey began like many others, juggling motherhood, work, and the constant feeling that something was off. Digestive issues, inflammation, low energy, and frustration became part of daily life. Instead of accepting this as normal, she started asking questions.
Through culinary training, holistic nutrition education, and hands-on experimentation, Kristen experienced firsthand how eliminating ultra-processed foods, seed oils, and inflammatory ingredients while focusing on whole, intentional cooking could completely shift health from the inside out.
The change was so impactful that My Whole Kitchen was born, not as a meal service, but as a way to teach others what was possible.
