Be Well Family Care is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who enjoys hands-on patient care, IV therapy, procedures, patient education, and leadership. Our nurses play an integral role in helping patients optimize their health through Functional Medicine and wellness-focused care. We are looking for someone who is dependable, eager to learn, highly organized, and committed to providing exceptional patient care. Functional Medicine experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate who is excited to learn and grow with our practice. This position will be full-time.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• • Perform IV placement and administer IV therapies
  • Administer injections, vaccines, and provider-ordered treatments
  • Perform EKGs, urinalysis, and other in-office testing
  • Assist providers with procedures and patient care
  • Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, supplements, and lifestyle recommendations
  • Triage patient phone calls and portal messages
  • Coordinate refills, referrals, prior authorizations, and other clinical tasks
  • Assist with training and oversight of Medical Assistants and clinical staff
  • Support clinical workflows and quality patient care

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

• • Current Indiana RN or LPN license
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Computer proficiency
  • Clean criminal background

Preferred:

• • Family Practice or Functional Medicine experience
  • Leadership experience
  • IV placement and IV therapy experience
  • Experience with Mac computers and EMRs
