Each session is designed to give you practical knowledge and tools to support your health and wellness. Registration is required to attend. Topics may be recorded.

October Topics & Descriptions:

October 21 – Gut Health: The Foundation of Wellness (with Swathi Rao, PA-C)
Your gut is central to digestion, immunity, and even mood regulation. In this class, we’ll explore how functional medicine approaches gut health by looking at nutrition, lifestyle, and the microbiome. You’ll also learn how targeted supplements—like probiotics, digestive enzymes, and nutrients that heal the gut lining-can support balance, reduce symptoms, and improve overall wellness.

October 28 – Preventing & Managing Illness (with Swathi Rao, PA-C)
Cold and flu season doesn’t have to take you down. In this class, we’ll share functional medicine strategies to help you stay well—like optimizing nutrition, sleep, stress management, and using immune-supportive supplements. We’ll also discuss what to do if you do get sick, from targeted supplements that support faster recovery to IV therapies that provide rapid hydration and nutrients, helping your body bounce back more quickly.

November 11 – Skin and Aging (with Swathi Rao, PA-C & Becoming You Spa Team) Discover how your skin reflects your internal health and how Functional Medicine supports graceful aging from the inside out. Also, explore science-backed treatments and skincare tips from the Becoming You team to help your skin glow at any age.

November 18 – Preparing for the Stress of the Holidays (with Swathi Rao, PA-C) The holidays can bring joy – but also stress, fatigue, and overwhelm. Swathi will share practical strategies to protect your energy, support your immune system, and stay emotionally balanced during this busy season. Learn how to navigate stress with mindfulness, nutrition, and simple tools that make the holidays feel lighter.

December 9 – The Importance of Muscle (with Brandy Protz, PA-C & Swathi Rao, PA-C) Muscle is more than strength—it’s your body’s metabolic engine. Join Brandy and Swathi as they explore how maintaining and building muscle supports hormone health, longevity, and healthy aging. Learn how to optimize nutrition, resistance training, and recovery for lifelong strength and vitality.

December 16 – The Truth About GLPs (with Swathi Rao, PA-C) GLP medications like semaglutide and tirzepatide are making headlines for weight management and metabolic health. Swathi will unpack how these medications work, who they’re best suited for, and what to watch out for.
